Abstract
手汗症是指无疾病原因的超过正常生理的出汗并影响身心健康的疾病,病因未明.由于外分泌汗腺分泌过度,患者往往自幼发病,青春期加重,严重妨碍日常工作、学习、生活,甚至造成情绪及社交上的畏缩.2007年10月～2008年10月,我院利用胸腔镜下切断胸交感神经链治疗手汗症15例,护理体会报告如下.
