Abstract
患者男性,31岁.因双眼视力进行性下降20余年、加重30 d,于2008年9月30日来诊.患者20余年前无明显诱因发现双眼视力下降,伴有中心暗影,左眼较著.此后病情随年龄逐渐加重,但无夜盲史,父母非近亲婚配,家族中亦无类似患者.30 d前视朦加重且伴眼前活动阴影,以"全葡萄膜炎、并发白内障(双眼)"收入院.入院检查:神志清楚,语言流畅,形体无畸形.
