外伤性癔症21例临床护理

Abstract
2002年6月～2007年12月,我们收治外伤性癔症患者21例,经精心护理,效果满意.现将护理体会报告如下.
1 临床资料
本组21例,男15例,女6例,年龄16～55岁,平均30.9岁.病因:车祸15例,斗殴4例,其他2例.临床表现:痉挛发作,全身僵直、双目紧闭、肢体瘫痪等运动障碍13例;肢体麻木、感觉过敏、失明、失语等感觉障碍5例;情感爆发、遗忘症状等精神障碍3例.
