Abstract
恶病质目前并没有明确的定义,一般认为是机体的综合代谢变化过程,多见于慢性消耗性疾病,如恶性肿瘤、AIDS和终末期肾衰等[1].癌症恶病质综合征发病机制复杂,至今尚未完全阐明.恶病质是诸多肿瘤并发症发生的基础,肿瘤患者出现恶病质,不仅对放疗、化疗的反应性差,降低患者生存期,也严重影响患者的生活质量[2].
