Abstract
鼻咽部鳞状细胞癌侵犯眼眶并表现为眶尖综合征是一种罕见的临床表现.我院2008年1月20日收治1例,报告如下.
1 临床资料
患者,男性,45岁.2个月前在当地医院拔牙后出现左侧颧面部红肿疼痛,给予抗生素治疗后疼痛症状无明显好转,左眼视力逐渐下降,10 d前左眼眶周疼痛加重、眼球突出、视物不见.
