Abstract
胫腓骨是长管状骨中最常发生骨折的部位,约占全身骨折的13.7%[1].骨折后髓内血运受到破坏,局部软组织血运较差,胫前软组织坏死率较高,处理不当容易造成感染,骨折延迟愈合、不愈合及骨髓炎的发生.
