Abstract
现代输血疗法已进入成分输血的新时代更是飞速发展, 各种血液成分越来越广泛应用于临床.血小板输注近年来在临床得到大力推广应用, 使用量呈逐年上升趋势.青岛市中心血站自2001年起单采血小板完全来自无偿献血者,目前每年约采集 4 700人份血小板.机采献血者在征询、检验及采集后均存在一定的淘汰比例.现将我站2006年1月～2007年12月机采血小板献血者淘汰原因及其影响因素分析如下.
