由于使用B-D标准测试包费用高,一直用自制的B-D测试包用于每大火菌前的B-D试验.为测试自制试验包准确性,将两种试验包同时放在同一灭菌柜内做B-D试验,试验结束,自制B-D测试包显示假阴性.
