作者采用香茹多糖、顺铂胸腔内注射治疗晚期乳腺癌胸腔转移胸水,取得了较好疗效,现报告如下:
1 临床资料
本组患者15例,全部为女性,年龄31～74岁,平均53岁.所有病例均经病理证实,其中浸润性导管癌9例,浸润性小叶癌4例,髓样癌2例,均有中量到大量胸水.
