Abstract
流行性腮腺炎的病原是腮腺炎病毒,属于副粘病毒科,是一种具有囊膜的单股、负链的RNA病毒[1].本病主要通过空气飞沫传播,流行性腮腺炎的诊断原则主要依靠流行病学史、腮腺和(或)其他涎腺肿大等特征做出临床诊断,确诊须通过血清学及病原学检查.
