Abstract
脑梗死后并发肠道动力功能紊乱较为少见,原因不明,可能与中枢神经受损后所致自主神经功能紊乱有关.临床表现为腹胀,不能自主排便、排气.造成患者身心痛苦.如治疗护理不当,极易诱发水电解质平衡失调、营养失调、肛周皮肤黏膜破损、感染等一系列并发症[1].
