Abstract
1临床资料 我院2007年1月至2008年7月共收治肠梗阻患者(排除肠道肿瘤)78例,其中男性46例,女性32例;年龄14～85岁,平均62岁.高位肠梗阻21例,低位肠梗阻28例.黏连性肠梗阻22例,其他梗阻7例.患者均有不同程度的腹痛、腹胀、呕吐、肛门停止排气排便等症状,经过合理治疗及精心护理,取得了满意的效果.
