Abstract
隐匿性抑郁症主要表现为反复或持续的躯体不适感,如上腹部不适、腹胀、腹痛、恶心、呕吐等类似慢性胃炎的症状,如不询问患者的心境体验,则不会主动谈出有关抑郁症状,因此极易造成误诊.现将我院内科门诊近5 a来误诊为慢性胃炎的抑郁症10例报告如下.
