Abstract
我科对区域阻滞麻醉镇痛不全的40例患者采用瑞芬太尼血浆靶控输注给予镇痛,取得了良好的效果,现总结如下. 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本组年龄18～60岁,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,其中颈丛麻醉下甲状腺或颈部手术20例,臂丛麻醉下行上肢外伤或前臂骨折手术15例,局部浸润麻醉下行乳腺区段切除术5例.
