Abstract
肝炎后肝硬化患者常伴有低T3综合征,表现为血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3) 、甲状腺素(T4)水平降低 ,反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(rT3)水平升高.2005～2007年,我们对56例肝炎后肝硬化患者应用甲状腺素片治疗,取得较好效果.现报告如下.
