Abstract
睡眠型癫痫属于癫痫的一种,亦属于睡眠障碍的一种特殊表现,此型癫痫多在入睡后或觉醒前发作,各年龄段均可发病,与精神运动型及限局型发作关系密切.常发生于睡眠NREM(非快速眼动期)第3、4期,发作后无意识混浊.笔者收治1例睡眠型癫痫误诊为冠心病20余年,分析如下.
