人骨髓间充质干细胞(human mesenclaymal stem cells,hMSCs)是中胚层发育的早期细胞,具有高度自我更新能力、体外培养增殖旺盛、传代过程中遗传背景稳定.一般传代20次体外扩增109倍以上而不丧失其分化特性、取材方便、可移植性和植入反应较弱等优点,同时具有多方向分化性而备受关注.
