Abstract
早产是妊娠期常见并发症,占分娩总数的5%～15%,是导致围产儿患病率和死亡率升高的主要原因之一[1].早产儿由于器官发育不成熟,生存能力低下,常常合并呼吸窘迫综合征(Respiratory distress syndrome,RDS)、脑室内出血(Intraventricu-lar Ilemorrhage,IVH)和坏死性小肠结肠炎(Necrotizing enterocol-it is,NEC)等疾病,严重威胁围产儿生命.其中,RDS是目前导致围产儿病率和死亡的首位原因.因此,积极有效预防RDS的发生,是降低早产儿病率和死亡率的关键.
