Abstract
IgA肾病是一组不伴有系统性疾病,肾活检免疫病理检查在肾小球系膜区以IgA为主的团块样或颗粒样沉积,临床上以血尿、蛋白尿为主要临床表现的肾小球肾炎,其病因和发病机制未完全明确.有1/3的Iga肾病患者可在10～20年内发展为慢性.肾衰竭,甚至相当一部分在5年内发展至尿毒症期.
