Abstract
原发性低血压为临床常见疾病,除外继发性低血压和体位性低血压,凡成人连续3次测得血压值低于90/60mmHg(12/8kPa),即为原发性低血压.本病主要表现为头晕目眩、疲乏无力、腰膝酸软、心悸健忘、食欲不振、面色萎黄,甚至出现短时间黑蒙及晕厥,严重影响患者的工作和生活.
