Abstract
股骨颈骨折是常见骨折之一,约占全身骨折的3.85%,以50～70岁居多,随着人均寿命增加发病率日趋增高.选择恰当的治疗方法以减少并发症显得尤为重要.手术治疗方式分为闭合复位内固定术和人工髋关节置换术(半髋关节置换、全髋关节置换),两者固有的优缺点使骨科医师在治疗方式的选择上意见不一.
