Abstract
巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染是临床肝脏移植术后最重要的一种机会感染,其感染率较高,有报道感染率在移植受体中高达30%-65%,基中18%-40%的感染患者表现出临床症状[1],如未得到有效治疗将会发展成为CMV病,表现出极强的致病性,是影响肝移植术后疗效的重要因素之一.
