Abstract
主动脉夹层(aortic dissection,AD)又称主动脉夹层动脉瘤,是指主动脉腔内血液从主动脉内膜撕裂破口进入主动脉中膜,使中膜分离,并可沿主动脉环状和/或纵轴扩展,以致形成主动脉管壁的分离状态,是一种心血管系统的灾难性疾病.其特征是起病急、发展快、症状复杂多样、误诊率和病死率高.
