Abstract
长期大剂量使用糖皮质激素和免疫抑制药,是预防肾移植术后发生排斥反应的必要条件,但也极易导致其免疫力明显下降,从而使感染概率增多.其中肺部感染和肺结核最为常见,也是肾移植术后主要死亡原因之一.据有关统计数据分析,肺部感染结核大部分发生在术后6～12个月,而重症感染多发生在术后2～4个月.
