Abstract
环氧化酶(cyclooxygenase,cox)-2与cox-1于同工酶,是前列腺素(PG)合成过程中的重要限速酶,在结肠癌、食管癌、肺癌、胃癌、膀胱癌、宫颈癌等多种上皮肿瘤中都有COX-2表达的异常增高.子宫内膜癌是妇科第2位恶性肿瘤,严重危害中老年妇女的生命健康,其发展呈年轻化,并表现为时间依赖式发展.从子宫内膜复杂型增生到非典型增生再到浸润性癌.早期肿瘤仍然存在一定的复发和侵袭的特征,严重影响预后.
