Abstract
老年人随着年龄的增长多伴有基础疾病和免疫力低下,获得性肺炎是威胁老年人健康的主要感染性疾病,有较高的发病率及病死率.医院感染致病菌的变异和耐药率的增加已引起广泛重视.本文对老年人获得性肺炎分离出的致病菌及耐药性进行分析,为临床治疗正确选用抗生素提供依据.
