Abstract
<正>肠道易激综合征(IBS)是一种以腹痛或腹部不适伴排便习惯改变为特征的功能性疾病,其病因尚不能明确,可能与精神、心理异常、内脏感觉异常、胃肠动力紊乱等因素有关,临床治疗较困难,症状易反复发作。煤矿工人具有特殊的心理、生理特点,与IBS的发病有关。近年来,我们收治了76例矿工IBS病人,现将其临床资料分析如下:
