Abstract
脑卒中是一种发病率、致残率均很高的疾病,它不仅导致患者躯体残疾,而且对患者的心理也会产生较大影响.卒中后抑郁症(PsD-stroke depressPSD)是指卒中发生后,以情绪低落、兴趣减退为主的病征.常可直接影响患者的生活质量和功能康复,其中卒中后抑郁的发生率为30%～67.2%"[1],是脑卒中常见的并发症,明显增加卒中幸存者的残障率、死亡率和自杀率,严重影响了患者的生活质量[2].
