<正>近几年随着我市蔬菜产量的大幅度提高和人们需求量的增加,蔬菜的质量越来越引起人民的重视,特别是蔬菜硝酸盐含量的增加以及对于人类造成的危害也早已受到人们的关注,现在我市蔬菜中亚硝酸盐含量:叶菜类0.213~1.921g/kg;根茎类为2.343~2.653g/kg;瓜果类为0.281~0.664g/kg。
