Abstract
氯胺酮用于小儿全麻诱导较普遍,但肌肉注射氯胺酮不仅增加了患儿的痛苦,而且由于疼痛的刺激常使患儿哭闹,加重了家长的心理负担.患儿的哭闹可使呼吸道分泌物增加,血压升高,心率增快.另外,氯胺酮有导致患儿呼吸骤停的潜在并发症,这些均增加了麻醉管理的难度.
