临床资料 例1男,30岁.因面部、四肢起皮疹伴轻微疼痛半年,于2007年5月31日就诊我院,半年前无明显诱因双手臂起皮疹,渐蔓延至双下肢及面部,无痒等不适,自行予抗生素等治疗未见好转,部分皮疹破溃,伴轻微疼痛.否认系统性疾病史及家族中类似患者.
