Abstract
急性脑梗死是中老年患者多发的一种死亡率和致残率极高的疾病,其发病率有逐年增高的趋势.在我国用尿激酶来进行溶栓治疗超早期急性脑梗死,已得到肯定疗效,但对于超过6 h,病灶仍继续发展的急性进展性脑梗死却难于控制.我院于2006 年5 月-2008 年5 月应用依达拉奉和奥扎格雷联合治疗急性进展性脑梗死取得了一定效果,现将研究结果作如下报道.揪
