Abstract
对我院自1998年以来关节镜下膝关节后交叉韧带重建术的手术配合总结如下. 1 临床资料 本组男18例,女12例.术后48 h拔出引流管,1周可下床活动.无发生血肿和感染.平均住院1周,出院后3个月继续肢体活动锻炼,可恢复正常活动,免疫排斥反应轻微,患者症状均有缓解,关节稳定性恢复.
