子宫肌瘤为女性生殖器官最常见的良性肌瘤.按肌瘤生长部位不同分肌壁间肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤及黏膜下肌瘤[1].老年人子宫肌瘤的特点是瘤体大、大多数呈多发性、手术难度大、术后并发症多.为探讨老年人子宫肌瘤术后并发症的发ⅱ生原因及护理对策,笔者从护理的角度回顾分析我院2000年1月-2006年12月行子宫全切术的老年患者276例资料,现将护理体会报道如下.
