桡骨远端骨折较为常见,约占所有骨折的1/6.以往多采用手法复位石膏托或小夹板固定,手法复位困难的行切开复位克氏针或钢板螺钉内固定,但这些方法都有各自的不足之处.长时间的制动可导致畸形愈合,正中神经、尺神经卡压等并发症[1].
