Abstract
肱骨小头骨折是较少发生的肘部关节内骨折,占肘部骨折的0.5%～1%,通常合并有其他结构的损伤.鉴于肘关节的特点,如果早期诊治不当,常会遗留关节功能障碍.笔者自2002年1月～2007年5月收治成人肱骨小头骨折12例,经积极治疗取得较好疗效.
