Abstract
患者,女,28岁.因发现双眼睑包块13年入院.13年前,无明显诱因出现右眼红、痒、眼睑肿胀,当地医院诊断为"沙眼",行上睑结膜面病变刮除术.术后1年右眼睑结膜出现弥漫性小肿块,逐渐增大.1年前左眼下睑结膜也出现小包块,在外院行右眼睑结膜包块摘除,组织病理学活检为"结膜淀粉样改变",未予特殊治疗.
