例1患者男,13岁.因左眼下睑外伤后流泪7个月就诊.曾因车祸被撞伤左眼,出现疼痛、出血、流泪症状,于当地医院以"右眼下睑挫裂伤,下泪小管断裂"行下泪小管吻合术,但术中未能找到下泪小管鼻侧断端,吻合失败,仅行眼睑伤口缝合术.此后左眼一直流泪.
