Abstract
1999年1月～2006年12月,我们应用手法整复经皮导入内固定的方法治疗肱骨近端骨折并肩关节前脱位62例,并给予积极功能锻炼,取得满意效果.现报告如下.
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料本组62例,男45例,女17例,23～79岁,平均43.3岁.其中21～30岁11例,31～50岁24例,51～60岁8例,61～70岁15例,71～80岁4例.均为肱骨近端骨折并肩关节前脱位患者.平均住院28d.本组均获随访,随访时间8～55个月,平均29个月.
