Abstract
患者男性,53岁.因胸闷就诊.查24h动态心电图(图1)示:图1A为模拟aVF导联,基本心律窦性,心率65次/分,第3、4、7个P波形态异常且提前出现为房性期前收缩,第7心搏较3、4心搏更为提前,出现QRS波形态略异,为Ashman现象.P5、6形态与窦性者不同,系房性期前收缩后连续2次房内差异传导,即"钟氏现象".
