甘利欣为中药甘草有效成分的第三代提取物,具有较强的抗炎、保护肝黏膜及改善肝功能的作用.千乐安为喹诺酮类抗菌药,可通过抑制细菌的DNA旋转酶而起杀菌作用.我们发现甘利欣与千乐安合用存在配伍禁忌.现报告如下.
