Abstract
左房血栓是风湿性心脏二尖瓣狭窄导致的常见现象,血栓脱落栓塞可出现严重并发症,及时诊断左房血栓非常重要.经食管超声心动图具有很高的敏感性和特异性[1],但属介入性检查,需禁食、局麻等准备,经胸超声心动图仍为首选方法.本研究回顾了近三年来的有关超声诊断结合临床资料,作如下报告.
