Abstract
目的:比较鹿茸、鹿托盘、鹿骨水溶性总蛋白差异。方法:采用SDS-聚丙烯酰铵凝胶电泳和BCATM蛋白含量测定法比较鹿茸、鹿托盘、鹿骨水溶性总蛋白差异。结果:鹿茸水溶性总蛋白、鹿托盘水溶性总蛋白和鹿骨水溶性总蛋白的相对含量及组成差异极其明显,SDS-聚丙烯酰铵凝胶电泳法及BCATM蛋白含量测定法是鉴别鹿茸、鹿托盘及鹿骨有效方法。结论:本研究对鉴别鹿茸、鹿托盘、鹿骨粉具有一定的意义。
