慢性肺源性心脏病是由肺、胸廓或肺动脉血管慢性病变导致肺循环阻力增加,肺动脉高压,进而使右心肥厚,扩大,甚至发生右心衰竭的心脏病.临床表现:咳嗽,咯痰,呼吸困难,下肢水肿,甚至心肺功能失代偿出现呼吸衰竭,精神神经症状.
