Abstract
肝脏巨大血管瘤(Hepatic cavernous hemangima, HCH)在临床尤为常见,以往多采用手术治疗,但存在一定的手术风险.近年来我院采用射频(Radiofrequency ablation,RFA)消融术治疗巨大HCH,疗效确切且安全性高,利用超声诊断技术对HCH捆扎术后行RFA进行观察,为临床HCH疗效进行综合评价并提供一定的参考依据.
