Abstract
<正>股骨粗隆间骨折是一种常见的骨折,多见于老年人,但随着交通事故及高能量损伤的增多,年轻患者也趋于多见。住院保守治疗并发症较多,多数患者骨质疏松,内固定后常发生骨质疏松、髋内翻、内固定失效。我科室自2003年1月至2007年6月,用伽玛钉及重建钉治疗21例,取得较好疗效,报告如下:
