Abstract
球虫是一种全球性分布的寄生虫,其宿主范围广,对大部分畜禽及野生动物造成严重的危害,甚至是灾难性的.目前有关鸡、兔、火鸡、孔雀、犬、牛和猪等动物感染球虫的病例时有报道,但在野生动物特别是袋鼠则报道极少.2006年5月份广州动物园从外地引进一批袋鼠,其中尤氏袋鼠发生以进行性消瘦、呼吸道症状为特征的疾病,经流行病学和实验室诊断,初步鉴定为袋鼠球虫病继发大肠杆菌引起的肺炎,现将有关情况报告如下.
