Abstract
0 引言 毛细支气管炎是婴儿常见急症,多为病原感染引起的急性毛细支气管炎症,临床表现为咳嗽、喘憋及肺部明显喘呜音等症状. 主要病理改变是患儿毛细支气管上皮细胞坏死和周围淋巴细胞浸润,黏膜下充血、水肿和腺体增生,黏液分泌物增多,堵塞毛细支气管管腔,出现通气和换气功能障碍.
