Abstract
子宫颈病变是女性最常见的疾病之一.宫颈病变主要指炎症、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN),包括原位癌、宫颈癌,子宫内膜异位症等.宫颈癌是宫颈病变最严重的情况,而HPV感染是引发宫颈癌的直接原因.我院2004年3月～2006年3月通过宫颈细胞学计算机断层扫描(CCT)检查、阴道镜检查、宫颈活检诊断的宫颈病变199例用宫颈环形电切术(LEEP术)治疗,取得了满意的疗效,报告如下.
