外伤性疟疾脾破裂的诊治

Abstract
我科自1995年1月至2005年12月共收治外伤性疟疾脾破裂28例,现就其诊治体会报告如下.
临床资料
1.一般资料:本组28例,男21例,女7例.年龄18～65岁,平均36.8岁,其中30～45岁占64%.均有反复感染疟疾病史,全部为腹部闭合性损伤,脾功能亢进3例.合并胰尾损伤1例,肠破裂2例,肝破裂1例,左肾挫伤1例,肋骨骨折2例,脑外伤1例.入院时休克21例,移动性浊音阳性23例,28例B超或CT均提示腹腔积血、脾肿大,20例提示脾损伤.诊断性腹腔穿刺均抽出不凝血.
